Manager
- Plan and execute project within time and budget allocated
- Responsibility for Safety, quality, cost and progress
- To ensure productivity and performance of staff as well as subcontractor
- Plan and monitor all resources including materials, machinery and manpower to minimize/avoid the wastage
- Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise as required on project.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Manage all internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
- Excellent client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations.
- Strong ability in cost management and driving profitability while remaining in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in HDB BTO projects
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design and Contracts Management.
