What you'll be doing?
- – Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of project management, including contract compliance, budget control, quality assurance, design planning, construction progress, and safety measures.
- – Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- – Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project progress and provide regular, detailed updates to all relevant parties.
- – Meeting Facilitation: Conduct and lead various meetings, including internal team meetings, subcontractor discussions, and site safety briefings.
- – Technical Expertise: Serve as the Technical Controller for assigned projects, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.
- – Business Development: Contribute to the company's growth by assisting in ad-hoc tender preparations and technical proposal submissions.
