Roles & Duties:

  • –  Assist the Project Director in overseeing site operations, ensuring smooth coordination and planning.
  • –  Oversee the construction team to ensure efficient execution of daily site tasks.
  • –  Liaise with sub-contractors for manpower allocation, materials, and equipment planning to meet project deadlines.
  • –  Ensure all site work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • –  Work closely with the Project Director on project planning and forecasting.
  • –  Work with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
  • –  Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards, including conducting risk assessments and drafting method statements.
  • –  Monitor project progress and prepare weekly reports.

 

Requirement:

  • –  Proven experience in project coordination and site management in the construction industry.
  • –  Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • –  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • –  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • –  Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and industry practices.
  • –  Proficiency in using a computer.
  • –  Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
