– Assist the Project Director in overseeing site operations, ensuring smooth coordination and planning.
– Oversee the construction team to ensure efficient execution of daily site tasks.
– Liaise with sub-contractors for manpower allocation, materials, and equipment planning to meet project deadlines.
– Ensure all site work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and regulatory requirements.
– Work closely with the Project Director on project planning and forecasting.
– Work with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
– Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards, including conducting risk assessments and drafting method statements.
– Monitor project progress and prepare weekly reports.
Requirement:
– Proven experience in project coordination and site management in the construction industry.
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
– Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and industry practices.
– Proficiency in using a computer.
– Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
