Job Description
- Experience in project management, planning and control of various construction project.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
- Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Provide effective leadership to project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of construction excellence.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience for A&A projects at Singapore
- Good written communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
- Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking
- Preferably able to commence within short notice
