Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage and oversee all installed IT systems and infrastructure
~ Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade in house servers.
~ Ensure regular backups of data in applications and servers
~ Fixing and installing, hardware, software, and networking issues
~ To identify, diagnose and resolve any issues related to computer hardware, software, services, and applications
~ Set up, configuring and maintenance of computers and servers
~ Provide technical assistance and support to end users
~ Implement security, back up and redundancy strategies to maintain data safety
~ Analyzing information, General programming skills, Software debugging, documentation & testing
~ Install, integrate and maintain new server hardware and applications
Requirements:
~ Diploma in IT or Computer Science related discipline; Fresh ~ grads in Cybersecurity Diploma courses are welcome to apply
~ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field
~ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
~ Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
