What you'll be doing

Develop and Manage Project Schedules and Timelines: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Study and Understand Design Drawings: Review project briefs, requirements, and design drawings to ensure full comprehension of the project scope.

Manage Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors: Assign tasks, align schedules, and oversee all project deliverables to ensure the project schedule/timeline.

Quality Control: Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design continuity and project cohesion, and Co-ordination with Client / Consultants / Designers from concept to final stage.
Problem Solving: Resolve any on-site issues that arise, whether related to design, logistics, or materials, ensuring swift and effective solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.

Post-Completion Follow-Up: Conduct final inspections to ensure all adjustments or fixes are carried out in a timely manner after project completion.

Capabilities: Candidate should be good at multi-tasking and have a pleasant personality.
Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

 

What we're looking for

  • –  Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design, or related experience as a Project Manager, i.e. Structural, M&E PM
  • –  At least a Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

 

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, contractors, and team members.

Knowledge of current trends in interior design, furniture, and decor.
