– Take ownership and provide support to guide users in the hospital's design and planning stages
– Facilitate discussions during the design, construction, and post-construction stage. This includes cross-coordination with aspects such as medical equipment and facilities maintenance.
– Support in leading, planning, organising and coordinating architectural, medical planners, interior design, and MEP requirements and discussions for the hospital.
– Support, track, and ensure project requirements are gathered promptly, including coordination with multiple stakeholders (consultants, employer’s agents, users, contractors, etc.) to meet the overall project timeline.
– Support, coordinate, and manage to ensure users’ requirements are duly captured and resolved, obtaining approvals from users during various design stages, and ensuring that records of discussions are correctly and accurately captured.
– Support and be involved in budgetary planning and control discussions, to ensure that proposed designs are within time and approved budget.
– Work closely with project team members in administrating the project in a structured and compliant manner
– Any other duties assigned for the hospital development.
Job Requirements:
– A degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry.
– At least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience.
– Candidates with a healthcare background are highly preferred.
– Strong leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities
– Good analytical skills and project management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
