Senior Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparations and modifications of precast schematic, detailed and production drawings for precast concrete components, steel mould and RC structures
2. Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
3. Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings
4. Responsible for the compilation of data and performance of elementary design computations
5. Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
6. May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues
7. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor
Requirements:
1. To possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
2. To have at least 5 years of related working experience
3. Possess experience in checking Precast Concrete Shop Drawings
4. Possess experience working with Precast Concrete Supplier Design Team
