Construction Project Manager
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Meticulous with good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must have experience with landed homes
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub contractors.
• Identifying and addressing potential risks, issues and challenges that may affect project outcomes
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control
• Liaise and coordinate with client, QS, authorities, subcontractors and all relevant parties
• Develop schedule to ensure that all site activities are tracked closely and monitored
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards
• Attend site meetings, and monitor progress of projects, ensuring smooth progress of projects
