Responsibilities:

  • --  Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • --  Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.
  • --  Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
  • --  Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
  • --  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • --  Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • --  Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to monitor project performance and address any deficiencies.
  • --  Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • --  Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and maximize success.

 

Requirements:

  • --  Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • --  Minimum 3 years of project management in landed housing construction.
  • --  Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • --  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • --  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • --  Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • --  Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • --  Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • --  Possess Singapore Driving Licence is a plus point.
