Requirements:
-- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
-- Minimum 3 years of project management in landed housing construction.
-- Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
-- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
-- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
-- Possess Singapore Driving Licence is a plus point.
