Job Descriptions:
~ Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the overall performance of the team in the project and prepare the project management and project quality plans and implement them accordingly
~ In charge of the implementation and completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality.
~ Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
~ Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
~ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
~ Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
~ Meet contractual conditions of performance
~ Review the work progress on regularly
~ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
~ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
~ Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
~ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Job Requirements:
~ Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum 8 years’ similar experience in A1 Construction firms
~ Team leader and a decision maker
