What you'll be doing
- – Developing and implementing project plans, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
- – Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including safety, drafters, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
- – Effectively managing project budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to financial targets
- – Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- – Supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- – Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing appropriate contingency plans
- – Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
- – Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- – Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry and experience managing ACMV, HVAC, or BMS projects, focusing on commercial, industrial, or data centre facilities (preferred, not mandatory).
- – A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget (an advantage if demonstrated).
- – Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- – Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
- – Proficiency in project management software and tools
- – Ability to lead and motivate a team
