– Developing and implementing project plans, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
– Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including safety, drafters, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution
– Effectively managing project budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to financial targets
– Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
– Supervising on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
– Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing appropriate contingency plans
– Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry and experience managing ACMV, HVAC, or BMS projects, focusing on commercial, industrial, or data centre facilities (preferred, not mandatory).
– A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget (an advantage if demonstrated).
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
– Proficiency in project management software and tools
