  • –  Source, interview and shortlist candidates for open positions.
  • –  Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • –  Prepare HR documentations. Maintain accurate employee records.
  • –  Handle employee welfare matters, including processing medical claims, insurance claims, and leave applications.
  • –  Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes.
  • –  Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy.
  • –  Assist in sourcing and enrolling employees in training programs.
  • –  Provide administrative support to HR functions, including scheduling, filing and maintaining the HR database.

 

Requirements:

  • –  Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • –  At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
  • –  Experience in payroll processing using Infotech is essential.
  • –  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • –  Strong understanding of the Employment Act and HR-related regulations.
  • –  Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to liase with Chinese-speaking associates).
  • –  Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • –  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
