Responsibilities:

  • –  Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management systems.
  • –  Conduct regular inventory counts/audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • –  Support in processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • –  Prepare and maintain receiving and outgoing documentation.
  • –  Respond to inquiries related to inventory/receiving/outgoing status.
  • –  Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Prerequisites:

  • –  Minimum 3 year experience in warehouse administration or inventory management role.
  • –  GCE ‘O’ level or its equivalent.
  • –  Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • –  Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • –  Good communication and organizational skills.
  • –  Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • –  Work from Mon to Fri, alternate Saturday
