We are looking to fill the position of Payroll/HR Administrator. Our ideal candidate must have experience with Payroll and HR procedures and have the ability to undertake various administrative tasks in a timely manner. 


Position: HR & Admin Executive 

–  HR, Payroll Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:

–  Recruitment & Hiring including Maintaining HR files.

–  Manage company payroll accurately and timely, check attendance and leave update and adjustments monthly

–  Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters.

–  Company insurance policy - Maintain, Review and provide necessary coordination work for claim benefit.

–  Provide support and coordination for staff performance appraisal.

–  Arrange and coordinate training for staff.

–  Work passes related work including application and renewal

 

Admin Responsibilities: -

 

–  Supervise junior admin. staff in managing office admin works

–  Prepare Visa application documents for traveler and guest related invitation letter

–  Flight ticket, ferry and hotel bookings.

–  Supervise Junior team for Festival related gifts arrangement for customers/vendors.

–  Other General Admin duties

 

HR Payroll Administrator Requirements:

–  Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent, Diploma/Degree in Accountancy will be added advantage.

–  At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration and with payroll software related experience

–  Familiar with MOM Local Act & Guidelines,  able to manage dispute & disciplinary issues.

–  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

–  Experience with payroll systems and accounting software is a plus

–  Ability to work independently.
