Job Description
We are in search of a talented Digital Designer to produce captivating and brand-aligned graphics for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating both functional and visually appealing graphics that meet our clients’ needs and contribute to expanding our client base.
Responsibilities
- – Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and user interface elements (e.g., navigation, tabs, widgets) using Adobe Creative Suite.
- – Conceptualize and design mockups, prototypes, and user journeys to deliver intuitive user experiences across various platforms.
- – Ensure each graphic utilizes suitable colors and layouts consistent with brand guidelines.
- – Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- – Strategically develop new features and functionalities based on user stories and behavior insights.
- – Conduct thorough testing of graphics across different media and platforms.
- – Identify and resolve UX issues, making layout adjustments based on user feedback, particularly focusing on responsiveness.
- – Implement rapid design and testing methodologies, iterating designs and solutions efficiently and creatively.
- – Adjust designs based on client feedback while adhering to project timelines.
- – Clearly communicate design ideas and research findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- – Proven experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role.
- – Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, web, or UI designs.
- – Preferably provide an online portfolio for initial review.
- – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- – Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- – Team player with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- – Exceptional time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- – Methodical approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines.
