Job Responsibilities:

  • –  Website Flow, User Experience & Lead Generation:
  1. Enhance website flow to optimize user journeys and boost engagement.
  2. Create high-converting landing pages with lead capture forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and multimedia to support lead generation.
  3. Leverage data-driven tools (e.g., heat maps, Google Analytics) to evaluate and improve website performance.
  • –  WordPress Development & Management:
  1. Manage WordPress plugins, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.
  2. Configure and optimize caching plugins (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache) for improved site performance.
  3. Oversee server hosting, DNS settings, and domain management (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare).
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues with WordPress themes, plugins, and hosting environments.
  5. Implement security best practices, including regular backups, SSL certificates, firewalls, and security plugins.
  • –  Graphic Design & Branding:
  1. Create visually striking graphics, banners, and digital assets for websites and online platforms.
  2. Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to align visual content with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • –  Landing Page Design & Optimization:
  1. Design and optimize high-conversion landing pages, utilizing A/B testing and performance data to refine them.
  2. Ensure landing page aesthetics and strategies are aligned to enhance user engagement and drive lead generation.
  • –  Wireframing & Prototyping:
  1. Develop wireframes and prototypes with a focus on user experience, branding, and lead generation.
  2. Present design concepts and integrate feedback to align with business and branding goals.
  • –  Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  1. Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rates, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Implement strategies to optimize lead generation and overall website performance.
