Your role as a Store Operations Manager is to lead and inspire a high-performing team, driving exceptional boutique operations and creating unforgettable customer experiences in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
People Management & Development
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging retail teams, working closely with the Store Manager.
Provide training on systems and procedures.
Set individual goals based on business objectives, track performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
Offer coaching and development for career growth.
Customer & Care Services
Foster a culture of exceeding client expectations.
Handle aftersales requests and track boutique KPIs.
Oversee retail performance projects (e.g., service score, aftersales, retail excellence).
Address urgent client/boutique issues to maintain service standards.
Assist with policy and knowledge transfer in the boutique.
Digital Tools & Projects
Manage retail performance tools and digital projects.
Support IT equipment and budget management.
POS & Cash Management
Oversee POS and till payments, including distant selling.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and anti-money laundering standards.
Manage POS systems, cash control, and refunds.
Store Maintenance
Assist with contracts, vendors, and purchasing while adhering to budget and sustainability goals.
Monitor service quality, negotiate with vendors, and review contracts.
Support maintenance, events, and projects (e.g., boutique openings, relocations, renovations).
Stock Management
Help manage inventory, deliveries, and transfers, considering market needs.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements for stock movement.
Monitor supply needs and storage regulations.
Process & Internal Control
Support daily administrative tasks and operational/financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with Dior guidelines, local policies, and health/safety regulations.
