What you'll be doing
- – Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
- – Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- – Replenishing and maintaining store displays and inventory
- – Providing a warm and welcoming environment for all customers
- – Adhering to store policies and procedures
- – Assisting with other ad-hoc store duties as required
What we're looking for
- – Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- – Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- – Ability to work well in a team and independently
- – Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- – Good numeric and cash handling skills
- – Ability to speak in English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers)
