Key Responsibilities

• --  Perform Incident, Problem and Change Management activities and ensure that the tickets are managed to meet the required SLAs and as per processes.
• --  Support Finance applications and integrations, working closely with Finance Systems team lead.
• --  Successful delivery of new enhancements using C#, .Net, Azure services, front end technologies like Angular.

Key Responsibilities

• --  Manage priority incidents and leverage cross-functional teams to understand the impact and address them.
• --  Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.
• --  Follow coding best practices and ensure that the development works comply with the best practice guidelines.
• --  Identify key problem areas within the application and suggest improvements.

• --  Conduct peer code reviews of the application and provide feedback to other team members to optimize the code/solution.
• --  Develop and integrate applications on Azure services.
• --  Comply with OWASP Top 10 and other security standards for software development and resolve security vulnerabilities to minimize the risk exposures.

About You

• --  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field work experience.
• --  Must have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET core and .Net Framework.
• --  Must have some experience on front end technologies like Angular.
• --  Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• --  Experience working with Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus).
• --  Expertise in C#, .NET Core and .Net Framework.
• --  Experience with Visual Code IDE and other development tools.

• --  Experience with building and consuming REST Services.
• --  Understanding of microservices architecture principles and best practices.
• --  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• --  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• --  Experience working in global team collaborative environment is highly valued.
• --  Ability to work both independently, and within a team.
