– Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and business goals across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
– Oversee the company's online presence and manage the social media accounts with regular postings, platform monitoring, response management, and reporting to achieve desired performance outcomes.
Content and Campaign Management:
– Conceptualise creative content ideas, plan monthly content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule
– Work closely with internal teams to design, create and produce high-quality content in various creatives and multimedia formats (images, videos, infographics, etc.) that would appeal to and resonate well with our target audiences
– In charge of effective brand and advertising copywriting for social media post captions and content marketing
– Plan, execute and optimise paid and organic campaigns and activities to amplify reach, engagement and conversions
Community Management:
– Monitor and engage with our audiences and customers across all platforms by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
– Lead social media engagement activities and strategies to achieve high engagement and follower growth
Brand Consistency:
– As a brand custodian, you oversee and ensure all social media content and messaging are aligned with the brand's identity, tone of voice, and visual style, maintaining brand integrity and consistency in communications across all platforms
Analytics and Reporting
– Track, measure and report social media performance using analytics and listening tools
– Work with internal sales and marketing teams to collect data, identify audience preferences and user behaviours, and analyse digital and social media performance results
– Provide insights and actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns to achieve better outcomes and conversions
– Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities
Trend Spotting and Monitoring:
– Stay up to date with the latest industry, digital and social media trends, tools, and techniques
– Identify and share new creative ideas, findings, learnings and innovative strategies to incorporate into our marketing and sales initiatives to stay competitive
Qualifications & Skills:
– Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related fields
– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management
– Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media analytics tools and platforms
– Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and details
– Strong written and verbal communication and copywriting skills
– Independent and driven, with the ability to work as a team and with cross-functional and global teams in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in graphic design, AI content creation, photography/ videography and video editing skills would be an advantage
