Responsibilities:
>>Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages
Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximize reach and engagement
Schedule and publish content
Track and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
Requirements:
>>Minimum 3 years of experience in social media strategy, marketing, or a related role
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing social media accounts and running campaigns
Strong understanding of social media analytics and web traffic metrics
