Key Responsibilities:

  •  – Develop and execute content publishing strategies for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring consistency and optimization for each platform.
  •  – Manage and optimize video and maximize growth, engagement, and monetization, ensuring effective content publishing strategies and metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, etc.).
  •  – Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms, using insights to improve content strategy and audience growth.
  •  – Work closely with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and platform-relevant content.
  •  – Stay updated with each platform’s policies, trends, and best practices to enhance reach, performance, and audience engagement, while identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities.
  •  – Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and managing community interactions.
  •  – Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities to expand brand visibility.
  •  – Handle monetization processes across YouTube (ad revenue, sponsorships, memberships), Facebook (In-Stream Ads, Stars, Brand Collabs), and Instagram (Reels Bonuses, affiliate marketing, branded content deals) ensuring maximum revenue potential.
  •  – Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to refine content and engagement strategies.
  •  – Implement paid social strategies where needed to boost reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  •  – Proven experience managing YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts or similar digital platforms.
  •  – Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies.
  •  – Proficiency in social media management and optimization tools such as YouTube Studio, Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy.
  •  – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and grow online communities.
  •  – Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  •  – Familiarity with social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising on social platforms.
  •  – Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  – Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  •  – Experience in media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  •  – Prior experience working with influencers, content creators, or production teams.
  •  – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
