– Handle monetization processes across YouTube (ad revenue, sponsorships, memberships), Facebook (In-Stream Ads, Stars, Brand Collabs), and Instagram (Reels Bonuses, affiliate marketing, branded content deals) ensuring maximum revenue potential.
– Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to refine content and engagement strategies.
– Implement paid social strategies where needed to boost reach and engagement.
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts or similar digital platforms.
– Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies.
– Proficiency in social media management and optimization tools such as YouTube Studio, Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and grow online communities.
– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
