Responsibilities
- – Develop & manage social media strategy
- – Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
- – Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing content.
- – Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and special events.
- – Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- – Monitor & analyze campaign/ digital marketing performance
Skills and Qualification
- – Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- – Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- – Hands-on experience in content management and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- – Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content.
