Sales & Makerting Executive
- ·Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- ·Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- ·Manage daily posting schedules, monitor account activity, and engage with followers to foster community growth
- ·Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social media insights to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- ·Plan and run paid social media ad campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and audience reach
- ·Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant
- ·Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and other departments to create cohesive campaigns that align with brand objectives
- ·Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors to amplify social media efforts
- ·Address customer feedback or social media crises promptly and professionally to uphold brand reputation
