– Social Media:
– Manage and expand the company’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat) and explore new channels.
– Oversee content creation, including planning, storytelling, copywriting, image sourcing, video editing, and community engagement.
– Collaborate with agencies and teams to produce engaging content and share best practices to boost engagement.
– Content Management:
– Plan, curate, and distribute content across websites, emails, and print to engage and captivate audiences.
– Support content updates, oversee photo/video shoots, and ensure marketing assets are fresh and on-brand.
– Optimize content for SEO to drive traffic and engagement.
– Collaboration:
– Partner with the HQ Marketing Team to execute creative campaigns aligned with business goals.
– Work with internal and external stakeholders to produce strategic and creative content.
– Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and campaigns.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or related field, with at least 5 years in Social Media and/or Content Marketing.
– Experience in luxury, lifestyle, travel, or hotel industries, with an excellent portfolio of published content is good to have.
– Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
– Possess good strategic thinking and ability to create engaging content.
– Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
– Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
