Roles and Responsibilities :
 

Content Creation and Management

  • -Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (Includes short form video editing & graphic design)
  • -Attend client meetings to understand their business goals and tailor content accordingly
  • -Assist with onsite shoots for short-form videos
  • -Create compelling content for both owned and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Strategy Development

  • -Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and manage content calendar planning.
  • -Set campaign KPIs and track performance benchmarks, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • -Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.

Performance Monitoring

  • -Compile, measure, and analyse social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • -Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, post scheduling, and strategic organization to maximise engagement and reach.
  • -Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools, delivering regular reports and insights.

Collaboration and Administration

  • -Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • -Maintain seamless communication across various groups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • -Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

Requirements :

  • -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • -Proven experience in content creation and social media management – you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
  • -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • -Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, Premiere Pro)
  • -Basic knowledge of video editing tools for YouTube, Tik Tok and Instagram Reels
  • -Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
  • -Familiarity with social media management tools
