-Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (Includes short form video editing & graphic design)
-Attend client meetings to understand their business goals and tailor content accordingly
-Assist with onsite shoots for short-form videos
-Create compelling content for both owned and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Strategy Development
-Develop a comprehensive social media strategy and manage content calendar planning.
-Set campaign KPIs and track performance benchmarks, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
-Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, industry trends, and best practices.
Performance Monitoring
-Compile, measure, and analyse social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
-Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, post scheduling, and strategic organization to maximise engagement and reach.
-Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools, delivering regular reports and insights.
Collaboration and Administration
-Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
-Maintain seamless communication across various groups to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
-Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Requirements :
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in content creation and social media management – you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, Premiere Pro)
-Basic knowledge of video editing tools for YouTube, Tik Tok and Instagram Reels
-Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
