The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing, creating, and optimizing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management

>Create high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and captions aligned with the brand voice.
>Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
2. Social Media Growth & Engagement
>Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
>Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
>Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to enhance content performance.
3. Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution
>Assist in planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns.
>Collaborate with the digital advertising team to optimize ad performance and engagement.
>Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
4. Influencer & Community Collaboration
>Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
>Coordinate influencer partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
>Build and nurture an online community of brand enthusiasts and design lovers.
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking
>Monitor key social media metrics and provide regular performance reports.
>Analyze data to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
>Suggest innovative tactics based on data-driven insights.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
>1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
>Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
>Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
>Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
>Excellent written and visual communication skills.
