As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a dedicated individual to manage our e-shop and online platforms, including basic social media updates, while supporting our sales team with quotations and customer follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 E-Shop & Online Platforms Management

• Oversee and update the company’s • e-shop• (product listings, pricing, inventory).

• Manage and optimize online sales channels (company website, marketplaces, social media).

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with online purchases.

🔹 Sales Support & Customer Engagement

• Prepare and send • quotations• to customers.

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships through • calls and emails• .

• Coordinate with internal teams to process sales orders efficiently.

🔹 Marketing & Social Media (Bonus Skills, Not Required)

• Assist in • basic social media updates• (e.g., product promotions, announcements).

• Help with • basic graphic design• for online content (banners, marketing materials).

• Support • marketing efforts• like promotions and online campaigns.

🔹 General Administrative Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.

• Assist in preparing • sales reports• and tracking • online platform performance• .

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or sales support preferred.

✔️ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with online platforms.

✔️ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.

✔️ Comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging with customers.

✔️ Graphic design, marketing, and social media experience are a plus but not required.
