– Devise and implement a robust content strategy tailored for social media, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook to effectively communicate SANA’s anti-drug message while resonating with the platform's audience.
– Undertake the entire content production process (end-to-end), from conceptualisation and scripting to shooting, editing (via CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), and final execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful videos.
– Generate innovative and attention-grabbing ideas, integrating a sense of humor where appropriate, to drive engagement and convey intended messages effectively.
– Oversee and manage our TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook accounts, leveraging on expertise to optimise engagement, growth, and community interaction.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and advocacy, to align content creation with organizational goals and campaigns.
– Monitor social media trends and performance metrics, analyse data, and refine strategies to continuously enhance content effectiveness, reach and audience engagement.
Academic Qualifications:
– Diploma or Degree in marketing, public relations, mass communications, or related disciplines
Technical Competencies:
– Familiar with Corporate website / webpage management via WordPress
– Good written, communication and presentation skills
– Strong ICT skills including knowledge and experience in video editing via CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro as well as Graphics Design
– Proficiency in ideation, scripting, filming, and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / YouTube content.
– Familiarity with local and international drugs trends would be advantageous.
