Software Developer
Our client is a rapidly growing company that leverages innovative technology to develop scalable solutions and disrupt traditional industries. Currently, they are seeking for skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, scripts, UI policies, and business rules.
– Configure and customize ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
– Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
– Maintain platform security, access control, and performance optimization.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
– Develop automation and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and ITIL processes.
– Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
– Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users.
Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
– Strong expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
– Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
– Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications and data sources.
– Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
– ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
– Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
– Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
– Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
