Job Summary: The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing account strategies, and leading a team of social media professionals. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent management and people skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all client deliverables are met, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • -Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • -Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients' marketing goals and objectives.
  • -Regularly review and optimise account strategies to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

Team Leadership:

  • -Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives and content creators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • -Provide guidance and support to team members in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • -Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and brainstorm new ideas.

Client Communication:

  • -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions.
  • -Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and campaign reviews to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • -Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • -Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with their brand philosophy and marketing goals.
  • -Oversee the creation and implementation of content calendars, ensuring timely and effective content delivery.
  • -Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • -Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • -Partner with influencers, brand advocates, and third-party vendors to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • -Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and objectives are met.

Budget Management:

  • -Assist in managing account budgets, tracking expenses, and optimising spending to maximize ROI.
  • -Provide regular budget updates to -management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Crisis Management:

  • -Lead the response to any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • -Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, account management, or a related role.
  • -Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • -Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
