The Senior ReactJS Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, user-friendly applications for asset management platforms. With expertise in ReactJS and a deep understanding of asset management, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize front-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and a superior user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for innovation, and experience working in the financial services industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

>> Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly ReactJS applications for asset management platforms.

>> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize front-end solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

>> Ensure the seamless integration of front-end applications with back-end services, leveraging APIs and web services.

>> Work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver solutions that enhance the user experience.

>> Implement responsive design principles and ensure applications are mobile-friendly and accessible across all devices.

>> Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

>> Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, usability, and bugs.

>> Contribute to code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

>> Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in ReactJS and asset management tools, ensuring the adoption of modern practices and technologies.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

>> At least 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS and JavaScript.

>> Solid understanding of the asset management industry and financial applications.

>> Expertise in building responsive and interactive UI components using ReactJS, Redux, and other related technologies.

>> Experience with front-end tooling such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

>> Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ES6+.

>> Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and other integration technologies.

>> Strong experience in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

>> Understanding of Agile methodologies and development processes.

>> Asset management experience is highly desirable.
