Administrator
Responsibilities:
- – Main job scope is on social media, partnerships, and email marketing.
- – Strategize, conceptualise, develop, and execute social media content, strategies, and calendar
- – Strategize the “how” and the “content” with which to amplify our reach and engagement to the right target audience with measurable results.
- – Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB
- – Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility
- – Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions
- – Own and collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams
- – Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration
Requirements:
- – Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- – At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community management role with measurable results
- – Track record in email marketing, – including managing campaigns and automations.
- – Able to manage and work with influencers
- – Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions
- – Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- – Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- – Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- – Enthusiastic about community management and customer relationship management
