Oversee and manage Raffles Medical Group’s presence across all social media platforms, including management socials through thought leadership.
Develop, curate, and implement engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Optimise content for each social media platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Schedule and publish posts at optimal times to maximise audience reach.
Conduct in-depth social media analysis to track performance across all platforms – monitor trends, audience behaviour, and engagement patterns to inform content strategy.
Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics.
Utilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements and adjustments to social media strategies.
Keep abreast with the developments of the local and international healthcare issues, policies, and trends.
Manage daily news clippings, handle media queries, pitch health / corporate stories to the media, and organise media conferences.
Monitor and respond to interactions across social media channels to build and maintain community engagement.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all online communications align with broader Public Relations strategies.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related.
Proficient in major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
