Executive
Responsibilities
>> Engage in all stages of the software development life cycle including design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and customer support for intricate systems.
>> Serve as a single point of contact for users regarding all technical queries, analyse issues, develop a trouble shooting policy and research/implement resolutions.
>> Manage cloud infrastructure and services such as Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare.
>> Manage the integrations with related platforms (LMS, e-commerce, proctoring, certification etc.).
>> Aiming to minimise manual tasks, improve processes and optimise the operations of support team.
>> Provide administrative support across applications as needed.
>> Proactively monitor the payments to provide support on the e-commerce platform and the payment gateways.
>> Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of incidents/requests are conducted in a timely manner.
>> Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
>> Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support.
>> Have in-depth knowledge of SQL Databases (MySQL & MS SQL), PHP, MVC/Web services, REST API, Bootstrap, and frameworks like Node.js.
>> Are experienced in Agile Scrum methodology.
>> Familiarity with data analytics solutions, Microsoft technology
>> Experience in data analysis and visualisation is preferred.
