Senior Executive
We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our existing applications while developing new modules based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling system integrations and backend development.
Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
>> Support and maintain existing .NET applications to ensure smooth operation.
>> Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.
>> Develop new modules and features as per project requirements.
>> Write and optimize complex stored procedures in MSSQL to improve performance.
>> Work on backend development and system integrations to enhance application capabilities.
>> Follow secure coding practices to ensure application security and compliance.
>> Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
Issue Resolution & Support
>> Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution via Email, NCODE JIRA, WhatsApp, and Phone.
>> Gather and document incident details from end users.
>> Implement issue fixes and deployment in a timely manner.
>> Track incidents and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines.
Change Request Management
>> Prepare Impact Analysis (IA) for Change Requests within SLA timelines.
>> Collaborate with the team to ensure proper implementation of approved changes.
Documentation & Compliance
>> Update and maintain essential documentation, including:
>> Functional Specifications (FS)
Technical Specifications (TS)
User Guides
Operations Manuals
>> Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
>> Assist with audit support by coordinating with end users.
>> To keep the Project Manager in the loop at all times, and request assistance from the PM if challenges are encountered.
Preferred Qualifications
>> Experience supporting GCC (Government Commercial Cloud) projects is a plus.
Technical Skills Required
>> Backend: ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, MSSQL
>> Frontend: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
>> Web Services & APIs: WCF Services
>> DevOps & Version Control: Cloud Deployment, Git
Soft Skills
>> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
>> Good communication and collaboration abilities.
>> Ability to work independently while keeping the Project Manager (PM) informed.
>> Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
This role is based in Singapore and can be performed on a Work-From-Home basis.
