This role is newly created to build the community that surrounds Storefriendly. The job purpose is to engage with potential customers and current customers, fostering meaningful relationships, nurturing leads, and driving customer satisfaction.
The main job scope is on social media, partnerships, and email marketing. The candidate will strategise the “how” and the “content” with which to amplify our reach and engagement to the right target audience with measurable results.
-Strategise, conceptualise, develop, and execute social media content, strategies, and calendar
-Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB
-Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility
-Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions
-Own and collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams
-Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration
THE APPLICANT:
Education and Experience:
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community management role with measurable results
Advantageous Skills and Attributes:
Track record in email marketing, including managing campaigns and automations.
Able to manage and work with influencers
Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Enthusiastic about community management and customer relationship management
