Content Creation & User-Generated Content (UGC) Management:

  • Develop and produce engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and UGC, using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Curate and repurpose UGC to align with our brand messaging and enhance authenticity in campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content supporting product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships to generate authentic content that drives engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and brand-aligned posts.
  • Utilize paid social media campaigns to expand reach and target specific audience segments.

Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with customer inquiries on social media to ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address concerns raised on social media.

Sales-Driven Marketing:

  • Develop content and campaigns that support sales objectives and improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with business goals.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor social media and influencer campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Supporting Other Marketing Activities:

  • Assist in executing broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email campaigns and newsletters.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and influencer management.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving conversions through social media.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills for influencer collaborations.
  • Analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing social media performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
