Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and brand-aligned posts.
Utilize paid social media campaigns to expand reach and target specific audience segments.
Customer Engagement & Support:
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
Assist with customer inquiries on social media to ensure a positive brand experience.
Work closely with the customer service team to address concerns raised on social media.
Sales-Driven Marketing:
