Strategic ICT Project Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic ICT project plan that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring that ICT initiatives support the organization's growth and innovation.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ICT project managers and professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution and professional development.
Project Portfolio Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of global ICT projects, overseeing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate ICT resources effectively, ensuring that the right resources are assigned to projects based on their skillset, availability, and project priorities.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure that projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project status updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that ICT project deliverables meet or exceed established quality criteria.
Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, service providers, and consultants as needed to support project delivery and technology procurement.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and strive for continuous improvement in ICT project management methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) in managing global ICT projects, including successful delivery and leadership of project teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMP.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing and mentoring a team of ICT professionals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
Knowledge of ICT technologies, infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
