Responsibilities:
~ Provide 24/7 support for Data Center and ensure proper running of existing data centre systems
~ Manage equipment movement and monitor status daily
~ Perform troubleshoot, report system incidents, and resolve incidents related to routine issues
~ Perform tape mount and unmount for backup operation and handle portable media storage for offsite storage
~ Liaise with vendors on maintenance and enhancement issues
Requirements:
~ Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
~ Min 1 year of IT Infrastructure Operations / Data Centre Experience
~ Able to work shift hours and work on weekends / PH
