· Provide assistance to office staff and outlet users in solving computer-related problems
· Install and configure Operating System
· Support and assist in maintaining IT Infrastructure
· Configure mobile computing, remote access, and applications for Windows
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
· Liaise with external vendors or principals when necessary
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Based in office and have to travel to outlets for support if needed
Job Requirements
· Basic IT technical knowledge is required
· Required to be on standby mode including weekends/PH when necessary and working hours may vary
· 2-Years of experience in IT support preferred
