Key Responsibilities:
- – Collaborate on space planning, conceptual design, and design development to define the design direction.
- – Act as the main contact for clients, presenting and advocating for design concepts.
- – Engage in client meetings and manage all communications with clients.
- – Develop construction drawings and assist with the tender process and site observations.
- – Review and supervise the design team’s tender and construction drawing packages.
- – Create sample boards, presentation materials, and PowerPoint slides.
- – Ensure client approval on all drawings and finishes.
- – Help improve design standards and maintain quality control.
- – Conduct site analyses and inventory assessments.
- – Ensure projects meet client specifications, stay within scope, and adhere to budget limits.
- – Communicate with suppliers and vendors for pricing and material quality.
- – Attend weekly meetings with clients and contractors during project initiation.
- – Manage design-related tasks and assist with other duties as assigned by the Design Director or Managing Director.
