Job Description
- – Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization
- – Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
- – Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that drawings meet client's request
- – Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements
- – Play an active role in providing creative interior designs & design for marketing
- – Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
Requirements
- – Proficient in 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max (V-Ray), Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- – Experience in residential projects
- – Able to take accurate site measurement and incorporate them into drawings.
- – Portfolio for commercial projects will be an advantage
- – Knowledge of 360 view will be an add on
- – Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- – Required language: English and Mandarin (able to liaise with mandarin supplier and customer)
- – Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
