Sales & Makerting Executive
Job Description
– Produce 2D space planning on layout plans based on design conceptualization
– Develop 3D rendering visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and colour rendering with detailed materials and furnishings chosen with accurate specifications
– Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that drawings meet client's request
– Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancements
– Play an active role in providing creative interior designs & design for marketing
– Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
Requirements
– Proficient in 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max (V-Ray), Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
– Experience in residential projects
– Able to take accurate site measurement and incorporate them into drawings.
– Portfolio for commercial projects will be an advantage
– Knowledge of 360 view will be an add on
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
– Required language: English and Mandarin (able to liaise with mandarin supplier and customer)
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
