We are looking for a front-end expert with strong technical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality

code. The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor, fully capable of coding efficiently and

making a real impact on the team. Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential for smooth

collaboration.

Experience in back-end development would be a bonus.

Scope of the Role: 
>> Perform the design and development of new digital applications with POC and MVP solutions in the Innovation APAC team. 
>> Lead final product development with a team once the MVP is validated. 
>> Secure the reliability, performance, scalability, and maintenance of the solution, ensuring

customer satisfaction.

Requirements 
Key Accountabilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Roadmap 
> Responsible for designing the digital strategy and roadmap. 
> Develop first solutions from POC to MVP. 
> Lead internal teams or suppliers in the development of final products.

2. Understanding Business Requirements 
> Understand customer business and end-users' activities, expectations, constraints, and

opportunities. 
> Understand industry products and practices. 
> Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies. 
> Produce functional and technical requirements. 
> Participate in technical analysis in workshops with program management, business/technical

analysts to translate new opportunities into full lifecycle product components and strategize

project implementations.

3. Solution Design 
> Design strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. 
> Develop products through proof-of-concept (POC). 
> Leverage new partners and technology to build innovative and competitive solutions. 
> Support team in business proposals.

>Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. 
> Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end solutions optimized for speed and scale. 
> Stay updated on the latest advancements and emerging technologies to proactively explore and propose innovative ideas.

4. Development & Implementation 
> Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot or other frameworks. 
> Backend Development: Implement and optimize server-side logic for high performance and responsiveness. 
> Frontend Development: Work with front-end technologies to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. 
> Database Management: Develop and manage complex queries and stored procedures, ensuring data integrity and security. 
> System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different modules and systems seamlessly. 
> Code Review & Optimization: Conduct regular code reviews, optimize existing code, and improve application performance. 
> Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner. 
> Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support the development process. 
> Scaling: Once POC and MVP are approved, lead an extended team of developers to develop the final product at a global scale. 
> Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, providing expertise and leadership.
