• Expertise in converting complex financial data into clear visuals like charts and infographics for easier understanding.
• Design visual assets that support company culture and promote values through high-quality creative work.
• Handle graphic design for internal communication (TV, offline) and external platforms.
• Use design software and AI tools to create animations, video edits, layouts, and graphics for various platforms.
• Contribute to all stages of creative work, from ideation to final delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Brainstorm and create new video concepts, layouts, and graphics with the design team.
• Present ideas to managers and key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining design assets, templates, and libraries for efficient motion graphics production.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
