– Create graphic designs, visuals, product listings, digital assets, marketing visuals, collaterals, packaging, and brand touchpoints.
– Collaborate with product development, marketplace, and marketing teams to optimize product listings and enhance customer experience for increased sales conversions.
– Ensure high standards of visual execution across all marketplaces, digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
– Maintain brand consistency by following company brand guidelines and acting as a brand guardian.
– Plan and develop concepts for photo shoots, including mood boards, storylines, product imagery, and brand videos.
– Assist the Assistant Manager in executing high-quality visuals across all brand touchpoints to effectively deliver the brand's message and establish an emotional connection with customers.
– Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions and stay updated with industry trends to enhance visual storytelling.
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of relevant working experience in graphic design.
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals.
– A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
