Sales & Makerting Executive
Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate, brainstorm, and conceptualize a wide range of materials, including web designs, presentations, menus, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials to support campaigns.
– Produce static artworks and videos that align with campaign objectives and messaging.
– Maintain consistency in visual aesthetics and language as per brand guidelines across all projects.
– Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that reflect an established brand identity.
– Develop original concepts and execute engaging content across various platforms.
– Determine and recommend ideal usage for color, text, font styles, imagery, and layout during the design process.
– Assist the marketing team with ad hoc administrative duties, including packaging communication collaterals and distributing them to outlets.
– Curate and support the creation of social media content alongside the marketing communication team.
– Handle any additional duties or projects assigned by the superior
Job Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and After Effects. Candidates possessing more than 5 years of professional experience will be eligible for a senior-level position.
– Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software will be an advantage
– Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Desire to continue building skillset with education and training
