– Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for the company's website, social media platforms, marketing collateral, and other digital/print assets
– Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual assets
– Create compelling visuals to support marketing campaigns and product launches
– Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the company's visual identity
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time
– Provide design support and guidance to the broader team as needed
Requirements
– Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
– Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
– Familiarity with web design, user experience, and digital marketing trends
